For giving me that courageous strength momma
And teaching me to have enough will power and faith even when it’s my last momma

For molding me to see lessons in failure
Teaching me the difference between pain and pleasure

For inspiring me
to
push my degree
To get wealth
All while managing my mental health

For all the hard work and intellect you instilled in me

Me to not be
as broken
For teaching me that there is always plan B when A isn’t working
You’ve taught me to accept the hardship
but to not let it expect me
It exists on its own with no exception to me

Too many times I’ve tried to give up but you’ve helped me to keep will momma
I had to learn how to keep working
even when I felt that
I was undeserving
I had to deal with the tears when the anger was no longer working
I had to reveal what I concealed
